Position: Registered Manager-
Location:-Thetford, Norfolk
Salary:65,000 per annum + 10% of annual salary
Hours:-Full-time, days

Career Makers are partnering with a well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager-for a reputable nursing home in-Thetford, Norfolk.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nurse Qualified Manager to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, leading a dedicated team and ensuring high standards of person-centred care, quality and compliance.

Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the nursing home
• Lead, motivate and develop the care and nursing team
• Ensure consistently high standards of safe, person-centred care
• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation
• Oversee audits, quality assurance, safeguarding, care planning and risk management
• Drive continuous improvement across the service

Requirements as a Registered Manager:

• Previous-management experience within a care home setting
• Nursing qualified with an active NMC PIN (Desirable)
