Care Home Manager - Griston, NorfolkLocation: Griston, NorfolkSalary: 65,000 per annum + bonus/PRPHours: Full-time, permanentRole: Care Home Manager - Nursing HomeWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home in Griston, Norfolk.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care home leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while also having the commercial awareness to manage the wider performance of the home.About the RoleAs Care Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate and high-quality care.You will lead and develop the staff team, maintain strong regulatory standards and work closely with residents, families and external professionals.
