We are currently recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to lead a well-established residential care home set within five acres of beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside, close to Newport Pagnell. This is an excellent opportunity for an established care professional to take responsibility for a stable, well-run home with an experienced and long-standing team. The home currently supports around 30 residents and provides residential care for elderly and frail individuals, including those living with dementia. The service has a strong reputation for providing high-quality, person-centred care, with a genuine focus on dignity, choice, respect and maintaining each resident''s individuality. As Home Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team, maintaining the home''s positive culture and ensuring consistently high standards of care and compliance. About the Home The home is a family-owned residential care service situated within approximately five acres of attractive Buckinghamshire countryside. The service is registered to accommodate up to 35 residents and currently supports around 30 individuals with a range of care needs, including elderly and frail residents and people living with dementia.
