Care Home Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Home Manager to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of a modern, purpose-built Care home. This is an opportunity for an ambitious and experienced care professional to lead a high-quality service. The home provides spacious en-suite accommodation alongside a range of modern facilities designed around residents'' wellbeing, independence and quality of life. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strong operational leadership, ensuring consistently high standards of care and developing a positive culture where residents, relatives and staff feel valued. Key Responsibilities Provide strong, visible and compassionate leadership across the care home. Take overall responsibility for the operational management of the service. Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, independence and wellbeing. Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, legislation and statutory requirements. Lead the service through regulatory inspections and ensure appropriate action plans are implemented and monitored. Develop and maintain a positive safeguarding culture. Ensure robust care planning, risk assessment and review processes are maintained. Monitor the quality of care and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
