We are on the lookout for a passionate Senior Software Engineer who will play a critical role in designing, developing, and installing software solutions used by the electric industry worldwide. This is a Europe-based position offering flexibility with office, hybrid, or remote work options. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled software engineer to make a significant impact within our team and the wider electric utilities industry.

Developing software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, analyzing systems flow, data usage, and work processes; and following the software development lifecycle.Assessing operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, and solution development.Documenting and demonstrating solutions through documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and clear coding practices.Preparing and installing solutions by designing system specifications, standards, and programming.Improving operations through systems analysis and recommending policy and procedural changes.Supporting and mentoring software engineers via advice, coaching, and training.Graduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, software engineering, or relevant experience.Minimum of 5 years'' experience in software development using C++, C#, Typescript, React.Experience with C++ test frameworks, data structures, and OOP principles.Experience working with databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.Familiarity with Scrum and agile methodologies.Experience with Azure DevOps and Git.
