Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging learning sessions across various primary year groups, following teacher-led plans
- Provide focused support to pupils with additional needs, including SEND and EAL
- Take charge of whole-class teaching during teacher absence or PPA cover
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Monitor pupil progress using a variety of assessment tools and adjust support as needed
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families to support wellbeing and achievement
- Participate in school-wide activities, clubs, and enrichment programmes
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- HLTA qualification or currently working towards it (desirable but not essential)
- Proven experience in a primary school across different key stages
- A patient, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practices
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude towards professional development and school involvement
