Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging learning sessions across various primary year groups, following teacher-led plans
• Provide focused support to pupils with additional needs, including SEND and EAL
• Take charge of whole-class teaching during teacher absence or PPA cover
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Monitor pupil progress using a variety of assessment tools and adjust support as needed
• Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families to support wellbeing and achievement
• Participate in school-wide activities, clubs, and enrichment programmes

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• HLTA qualification or currently working towards it (desirable but not essential)
• Proven experience in a primary school across different key stages
• A patient, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practices
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive attitude towards professional development and school involvement
