Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the primary age range, aligned with teacher planning
• Provide focused support to individuals and small groups, including pupils with SEND or EAL
• Lead whole-class teaching during teacher PPA time or absence
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Use varied assessment strategies to track progress and tailor support
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families to support wellbeing and achievement
• Contribute to the wider school life through clubs, events, and enrichment activities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold HLTA status or be working towards it (preferred but not essential)
• Have experience across different key stages in a primary setting
• Be patient, empathetic, and adaptable, with a genuine passion for education
• Be committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and child wellbeing
• Demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
• Be enthusiastic about ongoing professional development and school involvement
