• Location: Bletchley, Buckinghamshire
• Start Date: September 2025
• Salary: Competitive, based on experience
• Contract: Full-Time

Key Duties:

• Provide support for teaching across all key stages.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to implement tailored learning plans.
• Deliver one-to-one assistance to pupils with additional needs.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assist in planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
• Track student progress and offer constructive feedback.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as an HLTA or in a similar role is advantageous.
• A genuine passion for helping students succeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Flexible, proactive, and a strong team player.
