Hours: 08:30am - 3:30pm

Academics are looking for a passionate and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work on a supply basis in primary schools across Gravesend. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HLTA to make a real difference while enjoying the flexibility of supply work.

The HLTA role:

• Deliver planned lessons and learning activities in the absence of the class teacher

• Support pupils with varying needs, helping them to engage and progress

• Lead small group work and targeted interventions

• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support

• Work closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive learning environment

What we''re looking for:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

• Confidence delivering lessons and supporting learning across primary year groups

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach

• A genuine passion for education and supporting children''s development
