Are you an experienced HLTA or unqualified teacher looking for rewarding and flexible roles? Academics Rochester is collaborating with a number of primary schools in Sittingbourne and the wider Medway area seeking enthusiastic HLTAs to join their teams.

In this role, you''ll lead lessons, support small groups across core subjects, and play an important part in creating a positive learning environment. Positions are available on both full-time and part-time contracts, starting from September.

What we''re looking for:

• HLTA qualification or solid experience covering classes

• Confidence in managing a classroom and working alongside teaching staff

• A positive and proactive approach with excellent communication skills

• A genuine passion for supporting children''s learning and development
