Are you ready to take the next step in your education career? A highly supportive primary school in Hackney is looking to appoint an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis from September.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You''ll be supporting pupils from EYFS through to Key Stage 2, taking responsibility for whole-class teaching when required and delivering focused intervention sessions to help children achieve their full potential.

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:

* Lead classes using pre-planned lessons across EYFS to KS2
* Deliver intervention programmes to individuals and small groups
* Support teachers in raising attainment and pupil engagement
* Encourage positive behaviour and a productive classroom environment
* Monitor progress and share feedback with teaching staff

* Holds HLTA status or has equivalent classroom experience
* Has experience confidently covering lessons within a primary school
* Can deliver effective interventions to support learning outcomes
* Is adaptable, organised and proactive
* Builds positive relationships with pupils and colleagues

* Permanent contract from September 2026
* Salary of -27,00036,000 depending on experience
