HIU Engineer £42,500 + Overtime No Call-OutWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established private housing provider for an experienced HIU Engineer to join their growing team.This is an excellent opportunity to secure a stable, full-time PAYE position within a professional and supportive environment, working across a high-quality residential portfolio.The RoleYou will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of Heat Interface Units (HIUs) and associated plumbing systems across residential properties.Key duties include:Carrying out annual servicing programmes (PPM, reactive and planned works)Maintenance and fault-finding on HIUsCompleting remedial repairs as requiredDiagnosing issues including temperature sensors and system faultsPerforming general plumbing tasks (radiators, cylinders, system maintenance)Installing and commissioning heat metersEnsuring all works are completed to a high standard and in line with deadlinesCandidate RequirementsDemonstrable HIU maintenance experience(essential)Recognised plumbing qualifications and practical experienceBasic electrical knowledge advantageousStrong communication and customer-facing skillsReliable, organised, and able to manage a varied workloadPositive, proactive approach to completing work efficientlyPackage and Benefits£42,500 basic salaryOvertime paid at time and a half, Sundays at double payNo call-out rotaCompany van and fuel card provided20 days annual leave + bank holidaysBirthday offPension ..... full job details .....
