HIU Engineer

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Complete an annual service of all residential apartments/properties involving: PPM, Reactive and Servicing on the heat interface units (HIU)
• Remedial works on the HIU
• General plumbing bleeding radiators, cylinders,
• HIU Maintenance
• Diagnosing and servicing of water temp sensors etc.
• Installing Heat Meters

Qualifications:

• HIU Maintenance experience (Essential)
• Excellent communication skills
• Honest, reliable, and hard working
• Plumbing Qualifications and experience
• Basic Electrical knowledge/qualifications an advantage
• A positive attitude towards work and willingness to get tasks completed on time whilst managing conflicting deadlines

• -42,500 basic salary
