History Teacher

I am working with a thriving, vibrant and caring secondary school based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire who require a full time History Teacher on a Long term contract.

The position is to start asap until July 2026 with a view to go permanent for the right candidate.

You will be teaching History up to Key Stage 4.

About the History Teacher Post

You will be working closely with the experienced Head of Humanities who oversees the department with integrity and professionalism. The Humanities department, in particular, the History Teaching team will completely support you settling into the school.

This Humanities Department has high expectations and standards, which are supported by a significant track record of success in examinations at all levels.

As a History Teacher, you will be teaching with the support of an outstanding teacher who will be on hand to offer pastoral and administrative support from day.
