Hire Controller

We''re looking for an experienced Hire Controller to join a busy and established plant/tool hire operation in Acton. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous hire desk experience who enjoys a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Role OverviewManage customer hire enquiries, bookings and off-hiresProcess contracts, orders and hire documentationCoordinate equipment deliveries and collectionsLiaise with workshop and transport teamsMonitor fleet availability and equipment allocationMaximise hire opportunities and ancillary salesProvide excellent customer serviceAssist customers with loading/unloading equipment when requiredRequirements2+ years'' experience within plant hire, tool hire or equipment rentalPrevious hire desk/hire controller experienceSyrinx experience highly desirableGood knowledge of the hire process, transport and fleet schedulingStrong organisation and communication skillsFull UK Category B manual driving licence essentialPhysically fit and comfortable assisting with loading/unloadingPolish or Ukrainian language skills advantageousSalary and Benefits 46,000+ per yearMonday-Friday, 6am-5pmMinimum 2 Saturdays per month, 6am-1pmEstablished plant/tool hire operationVaried, customer-facing roleOpportunity to develop within a busy hire environmentBennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.We are acting as ..... full job details .....
