This role is central to the day-to-day operation of the hire desk, ensuring equipment is hired out efficiently while providing excellent customer service.Role:Responsible for coordinating hire bookings and dealing with enquiries Scheduling deliveries and collections of equiptmentManage incoming hire enquiries by telephone and email.Process equipment hire bookings accurately and efficiently.Sending out invoicesSending quotes to customers when neededCoordinate equipment availability with the transport, and operations teams.Liaise with customers, drivers, engineers, and depot staff to ensure a smooth hire process.Monitor active hires, extensions, off-hires, and equipment returns.Resolve customer queries promptly Ad-hoc dutiesYour Experience:Experience in working within a scheduling or hire roleImportant Notice: Noble Recruiting Limited, based in Billericay, Essex, is an equal opportunities employer.
