What You''ll Be Doing as an IT Automation and Service Improvement Engineer:Identifying manual, repetitive and time-consuming tasks and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency.Analysing operational processes and building improvement roadmaps with measurable outcomes.Reviewing service performance, monitoring coverage, patch compliance and operational procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.Developing and standardising processes for onboarding, service transitions and ongoing service delivery.Working closely with technical, project, support and commercial teams to improve collaboration and service delivery.Supporting the development of reporting, ..... full job details .....
