Highways Supervisor

We''re looking for a Highways Supervisor to support Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) works in Penrith. You''ll oversee site teams, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
·Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities
·Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with H&S standards
·Work closely with subcontractors and project teams to deliver works to programme
·Support planning and problem-solving during the ECI phase
Requirements:
·SSSTS or SMSTS certification
·Valid Safety Critical Medical
·NHSS Passport
·CAT 4+ trained (minimum)
·Previous highways supervision experience, ideally with ECI/pre-construction works
