Highways Supervisor

We''re looking for a Highways Supervisor to support Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) works in Penrith. You''ll oversee site teams, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with HandS standards Work closely with subcontractors and project teams to deliver works to programme Support planning and problem-solving during the ECI phase Requirements: SSSTS or SMSTS certification Valid Safety Critical Medical NHSS Passport CAT 4+ trained (minimum) Previous highways supervision experience, ideally with ECI/pre-construction works This role offers the chance to be involved in a key regional highways project from an early stage, with opportunities for long-term progression.
