Highways and Transportation Principal EngineerWe are recruiting for an experienced Highways and Transportation Principal Engineer to join a growing civil and environmental engineering consultancy with an expanding portfolio of highways and transportation projects.This is a senior position offering responsibility for technical delivery, project management, client relationships and the development of junior engineers. The successful Highways and Transportation Principal Engineer will have the opportunity to take a leading role within the team while working across a varied pipeline of public and private sector projects.Highways and Transportation Principal Engineer RoleAs a Highways and Transportation Principal Engineer, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery and technical quality of multiple projects, working closely with clients, stakeholders and the wider engineering team.Responsibilities will include:Leading the delivery of highways and transportation projectsManaging multiple projects simultaneouslyProviding technical direction and reviewing engineering outputsManaging project programmes, budgets and resourcesLeading technical reviews, approvals and project submissionsDeveloping and maintaining strong client relationshipsLiaising with clients and key project stakeholdersSupporting the development of the project pipelineEnsuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetUndertaking responsibilities in accordance with CDM 2015Mentoring and supporting ..... full job details .....
