You will work closely with teachers and school leaders to deliver engaging activities, provide targeted interventions and help create a positive learning environment.Your responsibilities will include: Leading learning activities across the school, including whole-class cover when required. Supporting teachers with planning, preparation and assessment. Delivering targeted interventions to help pupils progress. Working with children of varying abilities, including those with SEN. Contributing to a positive learning environment. Supporting the wider school team and maintaining high standards of pupil care.What we are looking for HLTA status or relevant experience in a higher-level teaching assistant role. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Confidence leading groups and delivering learning activities. A genuine passion for supporting children''s learning.
