Higher Level Teaching Assistant

HLTA - EnfieldRemedy Education are looking for a confident and experienced HLTA to join a supportive school based in Enfield.This role is specifically for a qualified or experienced HLTA, so applicants must have previous HLTA experience or a recognised HLTA qualification. The school are looking for someone who can confidently cover classes, support learning across the school and work closely with teachers and senior leaders.Role Details:Position: HLTA Location: Enfield Pay: 120- 140 per day Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Start Date: ASAP / September start available School Type: Primary / Secondary / SEN SchoolThe Role:As an HLTA, you will: Deliver planned lessons and cover classes when required Support pupils on a 1:1, small group and whole-class basis Work closely with teachers to prepare resources and support learning Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment Support pupils with additional learning, emotional or behavioural needs Lead interventions to help improve pupil progress and confidence Provide feedback to teachers and senior staff on pupil engagement and development Help create a calm, structured and inclusive school environmentThe Ideal Candidate Will Have: HLTA qualification or strong previous HLTA experience Experience covering classes and leading learning activities Previous experience working in a school setting Strong behaviour management and communication skills Confidence supporting pupils with different learning needs ..... full job details .....
