You will deliver planned lessons, lead intervention groups, and provide targeted support to pupils, helping to raise attainment and encourage positive outcomes.Key Responsibilities Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacherSupport teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2Lead small group and 1:1 interventions to accelerate pupil progressSupport pupils with a range of learning needs, including SENDAssist with assessment, recording progress, and providing feedbackPromote positive behaviour and maintain high expectations within the classroomWork collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and support staffHelp create an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environmentContribute to the wider life of the school where appropriate ..... full job details .....
