Full-Time HLTA GreenwichAre you an experienced and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? A degree is preferred, alongside a genuine commitment to helping children achieve their full potential.This is a lovely school environment with a supportive team, excellent opportunities for professional development, and clear scope for growth and progression.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging lessons and learning activities across the school.Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups of pupils.Cover classes and lead learning in the absence of the class teacher.Support teachers with planning, assessment and classroom management.Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and families.Contribute to the wider life and development of the school.The Ideal CandidatePrevious experience working as an HLTA or in a similar classroom-based role.Strong understanding of the curriculum, teaching and learning.Confident leading lessons and managing a classroom independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Degree educated is ..... full job details .....
