Higher Education Lecturer in Early Years Education Hourly Rate: £40-£45 Location: West London Job Type: Part-time (Agency Support) We are urgently seeking a Lecturer to deliver 12 hours of teaching per week within our Higher Education Early Years provision. This role is ideal for a professional with substantial experience and subject knowledge in Early Years or Early Childhood Education at the Higher Education level. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver engaging and informative lectures for the following programmes: FdA Education in Practice - Year 2 BA (Hons) Early Childhood Education in Practice (Top-up) Prepare and present lectures and other educational content that meets curriculum standards. Assess and evaluate students'' progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain academic records and participate in curriculum development activities. Support students in their academic and professional development. Required Skills and Qualifications: Extensive experience and subject knowledge in Early Years/Early Childhood Education at Higher Education level. Proven track record of teaching in a higher education environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and inspire students. Relevant academic qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
