About the Role
Pertemps Milton Keynes seeks experienced HGV1 / C+E (Days) drivers for store deliveries and trunking work around Odell. This full-time, temporary contract pays £18.06 per hour, with Tuesday to Saturday shifts starting at 10:00 and up to 48 hours weekly. Duties include operating articulated and wag & drag vehicles, completing vehicle checks, and maintaining paperwork to high safety standards. Candidates need a valid Class 1 (C+E) licence, CPC and Digital Tachograph Card, at least six months' relevant experience, and solid knowledge of drivers' hours and WTD rules. Wag & drag familiarity is strongly preferred. Professionalism and reliability are essential throughout this peak season assignment.

Duties:
- Store deliveries and trunking work
- Operating both Artic and Wag & Drag vehicles
- Completing vehicle checks and paperwork
- Maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 6 months' Class 1 experience
- Wag & Drag experience highly desirable
- Good knowledge of drivers' hours and WTD regulations
- Tuesday to Saturday
- 10:00 start times
- Up to 48 hours per week (subject to workload)
