HGV TechnicianLocation: DoncasterSalary: Up to £50,458 per annum / £24 per hourShifts: Various Shift Patterns Available - 4 on 4 off days and nights OR Mon - Fri nightsContract: Permanent Overtime paid at 1.5xWe are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician to join a busy and established fleet maintenance operation in Doncaster.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HGV Technician looking to work within a professional fleet environment, with the opportunity to work across a wide range of leading commercial vehicle brands.The Role As an HGV Technician, you will be responsible for the inspection, servicing, maintenance and repair of a diverse commercial vehicle fleet.You''ll work on a variety of manufacturers, including Scania Volvo Mercedes-Benz DAF Renault MANCarrying out planned and preventative maintenanceServicing and repairing HGVs and commercial vehiclesDiagnosing mechanical and electrical faultsCarrying out inspections and safety checksFault finding and defect rectificationWorking on braking, suspension, steering and other vehicle systemsCarrying out repairs to a high standard and within required timescalesCompleting maintenance records and relevant paperworkEnsuring vehicles are maintained in a safe and roadworthy conditionWorking in line with health and safety and company proceduresSupporting the wider fleet maintenance team when required What We Offer Up to £50,458 per annum / £24 per hourOvertime paid at 1.5xAnnual bonusA choice of shift ..... full job details .....
