HGV Technician / Road Sweeper Technician

Location Manchester -Trafford Park,

-52,000 - -55,000 per annum-

33 days annual leave plus free car park space and Company pension-

Company Pension-and Company Van provided .

Monday to Friday workshop based with occasionally going out for breakdown cover

and every other Saturday morning 7am to 1pm-

About the Role

Due to continuing expansion of our family run business supplying Road sweeping services to our clients in the construction sector, A position for a HGV Plant Mechanic has become available to join our team.

Do you want to join and help repair and service Road sweepers ??

The job is workshop based between the hours of Mon-Friday (Shift time may vary in line with the business needs) and Saturday 7am-1pm on a rota basis.

Overtime will sometimes be required. Also you may be called out on breakdowns.

A competitive Salary will be discussed at time of interview dependent on Skills and Experience.

Duties

-As a HGV Technician working in the engineering-team to-service and repair HGV trucks and Road Sweepers occasional plant machinery and JCB s, you may also be called out on breakdowns. but very occasionally .Must be able to work well in a team and able to communicate to other staff members.

Experience:

• HGV Mechanic: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Class 2 Licence (preferred)
• Driving Licence (required)
