HGV Technician Night Shift Salary: £53,000- £55,282+ per annum £22.00 per hour + £12.00 night shift allowance 12-hour shifts 7:00pm 7:00am 4 on / 4 off, 4 on / 2 off rota We re looking for an experienced HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician to join a busy and supportive workshop team on a permanent night-shift basis. HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician The Role You ll be responsible for keeping a modern fleet of HGV vehicles safe, reliable and on the road. Your duties will include: Carrying out routine servicing and preventative maintenance Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults Carrying out inspections and general maintenance Fault-finding and diagnostics Ensuring vehicles are maintained to a high standard Working safely and efficiently within the workshop Supporting the wider workshop team to minimise vehicle downtime HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician About You We re looking for an experienced HGV Mechanic or Technician with: HGV mechanical experience NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds or equivalent Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills A full UK driving licence HGV or PSV licence is desirable A strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair The ability to work independently and as part of a team HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician What''s on Offer? £22.00 per hour £12.00 night ..... full job details .....
