HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter Job Responsibilities: You''ll be responsible for fast and accurate diagnoses using diagnostic tools and for choosing the right repair techniques. You''ll work independently to maintain and repair vehicles and components. You''ll carry out a range of inspections (MOT, tacho, etc.). You''ll provide support and daily mentoring for less experienced technicians. You''ll carry out final checks on work that has been completed. HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter Qualifications and Requirements: Time-served HGV Technician or equivalent qualification (City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 preferred) Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills An extensive experience in carrying out repairs and maintenance on trucks, components and associated vehicles.
