The Role

You''ll be based primarily in the workshop, keeping a mixed fleet of HGVs and specialist equipment running at full capacity.

This isn''t repetitive dealership work - you''ll be:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs
• Diagnosing faults across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Supporting breakdowns when required (not constant call-outs)
• Working on specialist equipment used in highway maintenance and civil engineering
• Playing a key role in keeping projects moving across the UK

What You''ll Need

• Qualified HGV Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Experience working on HGVs and/or plant equipment
• Full UK driving licence (HGV beneficial but not essential)
• A "get it fixed properly" mindset - no shortcuts
