This is a fantastic opportunity for a technician looking to progress from light vehicles into HGVs, with full training, qualifications, and long-term career development provided. What s on Offer £18 per hour (£35,000 £45,000 DOE) + overtime Quarterly bonus scheme (up to 5%) Up to 33 days holiday (increasing with service) Pension, health cash plan and life assurance Manufacturer training and new qualifications Modern workshop with advanced diagnostics Clear career progression opportunities Working Pattern Rotating shifts with early Friday finishes: Dayshift: Mon Thurs: 08 45 Fri: 08 30 Backshift: Mon Thurs: 14 30 Fri: 12 00 Optional overtime: Saturday (after backshift week): 07 00 The Role Service, maintain and repair LCVs and HGVs Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults Carry out MOT prep and DVSA safety inspections Complete warranty work to manufacturer standards Accurately record all work using digital systems Work collaboratively to maintain workshop efficiency About You Experience with light commercial vehicles and/or HGVs NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Strong diagnostic skills and a proactive attitude Keen to develop, upskill, and progress your career Why Apply?
