Job Vacancy: Class 1 and Class 2 HGV DriversPay Rates:Class 1 Drivers: 17.45 per hourClass 2 Drivers: 15.48 per hourShift Availability: Mornings, afternoons, nights and weekendsAbout the RoleWe are looking to recruit as many reliable and hardworking Class 1 and Class 2 HGV drivers as possible to support our growing operational requirements.The role involves driving box vehicles only, with duties focused on unloading. There are no loading responsibilities associated with this position.We are looking for flexible drivers who are available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights and weekends.Pay Rates and Shift EnhancementsClass 1: 17.45 per hourClass 2: 15.48 per hourAfternoon shifts: 10% pay enhancementNight shifts: 20% pay enhancementWeekend shifts: 30% pay enhancementShift enhancements are subject to the applicable shift and pay arrangements.Important: Pay rates are determined by the driving licence held, not by the vehicle being driven.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate box vehicles in accordance with road safety regulations.Carry out unloading duties as required.Complete vehicle safety checks before and after journeys.Follow all site procedures and health and safety requirements.Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with colleagues, customers and site staff.Ensure all relevant driving and delivery documentation is completed accurately.Please note: This role involves unloading only.
