HGV Class 2 Mortar Driver

Job Description:
365 People are currently recruiting an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver for a full-time, ongoing aggregates contract based in Leicestershire. This is a Monday to Friday role with day shift start time 07:00 AM, offering consistent work and competitive pay.

You’ll be working with a POD unit carrying out collections of Mortar and having to self-bach yourself (training is provided). The role is ideal for professional drivers looking for regular weekday work within a well-structured and supportive operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving Class 2 (C) vehicle
• Transportation of Mortar 
• Ensuring all loads are safely secured and transported
• Product testing required
• Conducting vehicle checks and maintaining compliance

Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 (C) HGV licence
• Minimum 2 year’s Class 2 driving experience
• Training Provided
• Maximum of 3 penalty points (minor offences only)
• Valid CPC and Tacho Card
• PAYE role only
