Heritage Project Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Heritage Project Manager to join a small business, working on traditional, historic and listed buildings, with a focus on careful repair, refurbishment and conservation-led construction. We are looking for someone who is a practical, organised project manager to take day-to-day responsibility for running small heritage construction projects. The successful candidate will manage two small works teams, each with its own team leader, and will be responsible for approximately eight people overall. Typical project values are around £40,000, although some jobs may be smaller or larger.
