Heritage Project Manager
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Heritage Project Manager to join a small business, working on traditional, historic and listed buildings, with a focus on careful repair, refurbishment and conservation-led construction. We are looking for someone who is a practical, organised project manager to take day-to-day responsibility for running small heritage construction projects. The successful candidate will manage two small works teams, each with its own team leader, and will be responsible for approximately eight people overall. Typical project values are around £40,000, although some jobs may be smaller or larger. Job Description for the Heritage Project Manager role: As the Heritage Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing two team leaders and their small works teams Planning and sequencing small heritage construction projects As the Heritage Project Manager, you will be turning agreed scopes of work into practical site delivery plans Ensuring labour, materials, subcontractors and access arrangements are in place As the Heritage Project Manager you will be monitoring progress, quality, safety and cost against agreed expectations Ensuring work is completed safely, properly and to the required standard As the Heritage Project Manager you will be maintaining good site records, photographs, task records and progress updates Ensuring RAMS, task instructions and site controls are followed As the Heritage Project Manager, you will be identifying problems ..... full job details .....
