Our client is an established fit-out and refurbishment contractor delivering high-quality projects across the commercial sector. They work with a loyal client base and have built a strong reputation for delivering projects safely, on time and to a high standard.

• CAT A & CAT B Office Fit-Outs
• Commercial Refurbishments
• Commercial to Residential Conversions
• Dilapidation Projects

Project values typically range from -100k - -5m

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Project / Contracts Manager to oversee projects from initial handover through to completion.

You''ll be responsible for managing multiple projects at any one time, ensuring programmes are met, budgets are controlled and clients receive a first-class service throughout the delivery process.

This is a hands-on role where you''ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, site teams and the commercial department to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

• Manage multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects simultaneously.
• Oversee projects from pre-start through to final handover.
• Coordinate Site Managers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
• Monitor programmes and resolve any issues that arise.
• Attend site visits and client progress meetings.
• Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed.
• Work closely with the commercial team to manage costs and project performance.
• Produce regular project updates and reports.

• Previous experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager within fit-out or refurbishment.
• Experience delivering CAT A & CAT B office fit-outs.
• Experience managing social housing refurbishment projects would be advantageous.
• Exposure to commercial refurbishment or commercial to residential conversion projects.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
