Heritage Place Programme Manager

This opportunity is currently being offered on a fixed term contract basis of 5 years; however, if budgets allow the contract length may be extended and/or become permanent, though this is not guaranteed. Are you an experienced heritage, culture or regeneration professional looking to lead a landmark programme with lasting impact? Medway Council is seeking a Heritage Place Programme Manager to drive the delivery of the Medway Heritage Place programme, a major National Lottery Heritage Fund-supported initiative that celebrates Medway''s rich heritage while supporting community engagement, sector development and place-based regeneration. Working closely with the Head of Culture and Heritage, you will lead complex projects and partnerships, oversee programme administration, and ensure the successful delivery of ambitious outcomes that benefit residents, visitors and communities across Medway. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled programme manager with significant experience working across heritage, culture and place-based regeneration. You will bring strong leadership, project management and stakeholder engagement skills, alongside a track record of delivering significant programmes of work on time and within budget.
