We''re recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Officer to join a busy Global IT team on an initial 3-month contract based in Bath. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting thousands of users across an international business while developing your technical skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. The Role As part of the IT Helpdesk team, you''ll provide 1st Line technical support, helping to resolve a wide range of IT issues and ensuring users receive an excellent level of service. This is a varied role where you''ll gain exposure to enterprise technologies and build valuable experience within a fast-paced IT environment. Key Responsibilities Provide 1st Line IT support via phone, email and remote support tools Log, prioritise and resolve helpdesk tickets within agreed SLAs Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows and software-related issues Escalate more complex technical issues where required Deliver exceptional customer service to users across the business Support the day-to-day operation of the IT Helpdesk About You We''re looking for someone who is passionate about IT and enjoys solving problems.
