General Administration dutiesPPM planning, releasing and allocating jobsMonitor and progress PPM jobsContent checking of engineer worksheetsCross referencing of engineer worksheets for job numbers, signatures and datesRenaming of worksheets adhering to a standard format naming conventionEnsure PPM KPI''s are maintained at 100%Zero cost jobsRaising Purchase OrdersArrange, monitor and progress subcontractor PPMsChase engineers and subcontractors for completion paperwork and file as directedIssue the All Released PPM spreadsheet to client within four days of period endRaise remedial jobs when requiredUndertake reactive help desk training to become competent in order to cover when necessaryFollow protocol at all timesCover all contracts as required during staff absencesSeniority level
