Role and Responsibilities:Manage all health and safety legislations and laws in the manufacturing workplaceResponsible for health and safety aspects across all of the production/assembly facilityPrevent accidents, injuries and work-related illnessWorking day to day between the office and in the workshop monitoring daily safetyWill be expected to travel up to sister site in Northamptonshire 1-2 times a month to carry out trainingImplement health and safety procedures and ensure they comply with lawConduct risk assessments, safety compliance assessments and reportsTrain all employees on health and safety procedures and any new ones that come inMake all employees aware of the benefits of PPE and adhere to the correct usageDevelop a correct procedure for reporting accidentsManage emergency procedures and first aid proceduresKnowledge, Skills and Experience:Ideally be an experienced Health and Safety Manager - understand HandS policies and standardsMust be happy working in a small ..... full job details .....
