Compliance and Safety Engineer Job OverviewTo provide support to the Compliance Monitoring Manager (CMM), demonstrating compliance with regulatory standards, company procedures and safety policies. Assuring that maintenance activities meet both regulatory standards and company procedures.Key responsibilities:Conduct Safety and Compliance audits as prescribed by the Audit PlanDaily administration and monitoring of the Occurrence Reporting SystemReport any findings or concerns to the CMM for escalation to the Accountable Manager / nominated post holder.Compile submissions for maintenance organisation exposition (MOE) revisions as required.Compliance to EASA / CAA Part 145 and national regulationsAssist with the production and implementation of the Part 145 audit programme (Inclusive of corrective actions)Control of the company authorisation systemConducting Investigations in support of the SMS ProgrammeAssist in facilitating hazard identification, risk assessment and managementMonitoring Supplier / Sub Contractor performance Compliance and Safety Engineer Job RequirementsDetailed knowledge of EASA / CAA Part 145 Regulations and their practical applicationDetailed knowledge of Part 66 requirementsKnowledge and experience of HandS requirementsQualified Auditor experienced in aviation / engineering environmentCurrent in Safety Training (including Human Factors), Fuel Tank Safety (FTS) Phase 1, Electrical Wiring Interconnecting Systems (EWIS) Group 6 trainingExperienced and ..... full job details .....
