Job Title: Heat Treatment Operative

Location: Sheffield

Pay Rate: -14.22 per hour + shift allowances

Contract: Temporary to Permanent (12 weeks)

Shifts: 3 Shift Rotation

We are currently recruiting for two Heat Treatment Operatives on behalf of a well-established and respected steel engineering business based in Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities

• Goods receipt and dispatch, ensuring full material traceability
• Identifying materials before and after heat treatment processes
• Charge make-up and break-down in line with production reports
• Straightening and brinelling of materials
• Reporting any anomalies or issues to management

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience within the steel or heavy industrial sector
• Strong understanding of safe systems of work
• Comfortable in a physically demanding role

Working Hours (40 hours per week):

• Mornings: 06:00 - 14:00 (Mon-Fri)
• Afternoons: 13:00 - 21:00 (Mon-Fri)
• Nights: 20:00 - 06:00 (Mon-Thurs)
