This is an opportunity for someone who understands healthcare commissioning and can build the relationships that lead to new, sustainable care packages. You ll focus on developing opportunities across London, working with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Continuing Healthcare (CHC) teams, case managers, NHS services and Local Authorities. You ll be involved from the first conversation with a potential referral partner through to contract award, then work alongside clinical and operational colleagues as new services are set up. We re looking for someone who can speak confidently about complex care, understand what commissioners need, and recognise which opportunities the organisation can deliver well.
