Healthcare AssistantLocation: Oxsted Pay: 13.85 per hour Contract: Long term, with opportunity to become permanent.Hours: Various shift patterns available Driving license essential About the RoleAt term time teachers, we are looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join a boarding school near Oxsted. In this role, you will support students with physical disabilities and complex medical needs, enabling them to achieve meaningful independence and personal development.Key Responsibilities:Assist students with daily living activities, including personal care, mealtime assistance, and mobility support.Implement and follow care plans to ensure the well-being and safety of students.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support.Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with school policies and procedures.Shift Patterns, to suit you: Pattern 1: Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:30 PMPattern 2: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 4:00 PM, with Friday 8:30 AM - 2:00 PMPattern 3: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with Friday 8:30 AM - 2:00 PMAbout You:We are looking for individuals who are:Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students'' lives.Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of students.Committed to upholding the highest standards of care and safeguarding.Must have experience.Must hold DBS or be willing to ..... full job details .....
