About us...Holiday Inn Express and Crowne Plaza Terminal 4 is a dual brand hotel connected to terminal 4 via a covered walkway. It is directly connected to the underground, mainline and Elizabeth line. One side is the Holiday Inn London Heathrow Express featuring 457 bedrooms, an express bar and café, offering all-day dining with simple, honest food, and a lively bar. The other side is the upscale Crowne Plaza London- Heathrow Hotel with 304 elegant bedrooms, 13 suites and 4 high-tech meeting rooms. A bit about what you will do...OurSecurity Supervisorwill perform hotel security duties and follow procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees and the property.Promote safe workplace by identifying hazards, conduct risk assessments, enforce safety policies and provide training.Inspect the work environment and facilities to identify safety concerns and ensure compliance.Developing and implementing emergency procedures, including managing first aid provisions and responding to emergenciesConduct fire alarm checks, exit and perform fire drills.Assist the Security Manager in implementing security measures for the visits of guests and VIPs to the hotel and surrounding area.Monitor surveillance cameras and assist with investigations when necessary.Conduct security patrols ensuring no unauthorised access and addressing matters involving security, fire and health and safety.Conduct random checks of key registers and locker checks to ensure the hotels policies are adhered to and report on discrepancies.Ensure no undesirables loiter in or around the hotel premisesBe alert for any unusual packages, guests or vehicles and inform the security manager accordingly.More about you...Confidence and professionalism when interacting with high profile guests.Excellent communication skills.
