Your New CompanyA leading manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving a positive safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across a busy operational environment.Working closely with senior leadership and site management teams, you will influence best practice and help deliver robust quality, health, safety and environmental standards across the business.Your New RoleAs Health, Safety and Environment Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the organisation''s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems while ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer and internal requirements.Key responsibilities will include:Driving the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality and HSE management systems.Monitoring compliance with company policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements.Advising managers and key stakeholders on HSE legislation, best practice and performance improvement initiatives.Planning and conducting internal audits while supporting external and customer audit activities.Investigating incidents, non-conformances and customer complaints, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.Producing reports, safety alerts and performance metrics to support continuous improvement.Reviewing and ..... full job details .....
