GoNow .Health Club and Spa Assistant Manager – We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Club Manager position for a 5* Leisure Management company operating high-end luxury residential developments across London. This facility is based in South West London and hosts a Gym with top-of-the-range equipment, a stunning Swimming Pool with a Sauna/Spa, and Personal Training. This is a full-time position with a great opportunity to take on additional Personal Training for salary enhancements.Responsibilities

Support the Club Manager on day-to-day operation and drive the quality of standards within the leisure team and programme on offer.Ensure the delivery of exceptional levels of customer service to all residents and their guests.Qualifications and Skills

Management experience in a health club environmentA strong understanding of 5* customer service and standardsExperience of supporting Club operations within the Leisure/Hospitality/Spa sectorsAbility to lead and motivate team membersGood standards of computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointGood understanding of health and safety requirements of a gym and swimming poolAbility to handle multiple tasks at one timeExcellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skillsWell presented, professional and approachableDesirable Qualifications

Level 2 or 3 Fitness qualifiedFirst Aid and/or RLSS Emergency Responder qualified or willing to undertakeEmployment details
