What you''ll be doing You''ll support residents with all aspects of daily living, helping them build independence, confidence and choice. No two days are the same in this varied, complex care environment. One day you might be accompanying a resident to a hospital appointment, the next you could be heading out to the theatre, a disco, or a local community group.
