You''ll bring previous experience of working in a complex care environment and a genuine passion for delivering safe, dignified, person-centred care through the night. No two nights are ever quite the same in a complex care setting, and the right candidate will be organised and confident in identifying each resident''s needs, always promoting their independence and choice. What you''ll be doing As Senior Waking Night, you''ll manage the safe delivery of night-time care across the home, working closely with the Heads of Care and leading other Waking Night Care Assistants through mentoring, observation and hands-on support.
