Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, person-centred care while promoting dignity, respect, and independence. Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support individuals with mobility and safe transfers using appropriate equipment where required. Administer or assist with medication (where trained and authorised). Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in service users'' health or wellbeing. Support individuals with daily living activities and encourage independence. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, colleagues, and families. Domiciliary Care Assistant Responsibilities In addition to the above, Domiciliary Care Assistants will: Visit clients in their own homes to provide personalised care and support. Assist with household tasks, including light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. Support clients with shopping, appointments, and community access.
